Ingredients to make an Adaptogenic Matcha SuperLatte

  • 1 ¼ cups coconut milk (or milk of choice), steamed (OR part milk, part hot water if using a very rich milk like full fat coconut milk)
  • 1 serving (1.5 tsp) JOYÀ Focus Matcha Superblend
  • optional: 1 scoop collagen powder
  • optional: 1 tsp or more MCT oil or coconut butter
  • optional: raw honey, maple syrup or other natural sweetener, to taste

How to make an Adaptogenic Matcha SuperLatte

*Note: if using MCT oil or coconut butter, we recommend blending all ingredients in a high powered blender rather than with a handheld frother as per the below instructions.

  1. Fill a mug ⅓ of the way with steamed milk.
  2. Add Focus Superblend (and collagen if using), and blend using your handheld frother. (*See note above regarding use of a blender if adding fats such as MCT oil or coconut butter.)
  3. Top off with remaining steamed milk and/or hot water, and sweeten to taste if desired.
