Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your JOYÀ products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at support@joya.ca and we’ll find a solution that works for you! 

You are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase (excluding chocolate or any other temperature-sensitive products), provided the product is in its original sellable condition and unused (with tamper seals if applicable).

In the event that your product is faulty or does not perform its function upon delivery, or does not match its description, then a refund will be made in its original payment method or store credit or replacement will be awarded.
