Quick Core Challenge:
6 minute abs workout

This short core workout is effective for all, no matter your skill level. Follow along with Coach Josh and Lauren Graham of Graham Wellness as they lead you through a quick core challenge. For a more advanced core workout, follow Coach Josh on the black mat, or for a more supported workout, follow Lauren on the green mat. 

A strong core creates balance and stability. Core exercises train your abdomen to work in harmony with the rest of your body, and in so doing supports the body in everything from playing sports to daily physical activities. This quick core challenge is a fantastic way to target all abdominal muscles, from the upper and lower core to the obliques.
