Sourcing
Origin: El Valle, Dominican Republic
Fair-to-Farmer Cacao. This single-origin chocolate bar is hand-crafted from certified organic, directly-traded Dominican cacao. Sourcing our cacao directly from farmers means that we get to learn how it's grown and who grows it, and that our hard-working farmer partners are paid wages well above those that would be available under “fair-trade” programs.
