- Add all ingredients (except toppings/mix-ins) to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain.
- Pour into glass(es), optionally add toppings/mix-ins and enjoy!

- ½ cup mango, peeled and cut into large chunks
- ¼ large (or ½ small) avocado
- ½ large (or 1 small) banana
- 1 large stalk celery, cut into large chunks
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 date, pitted (*soak in hot water for a few minutes if it's very dry/hard)
- optional: ½ - 1 inch chunk of fresh ginger for an extra kick of ginger (*the Turmeric Elixir Blend contains ginger)
- 1 tbsp JOYÀ Turmeric Functional Blend
- water and ice to achieve desired consistency (you'll want the smoothie thicker for a smoothie bowl)
- optional smoothie/smoothie bowl bowl toppings: hemp seeds, shredded coconut, bee pollen*, fruit, granola, toasted buckwheat
* Omit bee pollen to keep recipe vegan.
