A strong core creates balance and stability. Core exercises train your abdomen to work in harmony with the rest of your body, and in so doing supports the body in everything from playing sports to daily physical activities. This quick core challenge is a fantastic way to target all abdominal muscles, from the upper and lower core to the obliques.
