Get a full workout and a great sweat on in the comfort of your home. In this fitness tutorial, Lauren and Josh Graham of Graham Wellness lead us through a rapid fire High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout in just 16 minutes. Work out your entire body with reverse lunges, burpees, box jumps and bicycle kicks.
For those of you who are new to HIIT, it’s one of the fastest ways to get a great workout. HIIT is made up of short bursts of intense exercises followed by brief rest periods. The workouts can vary in length, but they’re usually no longer than 30 minutes. Just don’t mistake their short length for ease! HIIT is one challenging workout, and the rewards are plentiful. HIIT can burn calories while building muscle and endurance, all with little-to-no equipment required (depending on the workout). Get ready to sweat!
